UTG Digital Media is currently looking for a talented result-driven individual to fill in the position of an Outbound Customer Service Representative. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills to contact potential customers and set up appointments with those who are interested in acquiring Digital Signage.
The ideal candidate must be reliable and able to speak clearly the English language. Ability to communicate in other languages is an asset.
- 90 day probation period on all new hires;
- Cold calling is a main part of the position and candidates must demonstrate this on their CV in order to be considered for the opportunity
- Contact by phone leads that have contacted the company for information and set up appointments
- Update, manage and maintain database of prospects
- Welcome walk-ins and visitors to showroom
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Work is reviewed for achievement of targets, adherence to policies, procedures, and timelines
- Work requires initiative and independent judgment in completing work
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively
- May be required to provide administrative support
- May be required to work shifts outside of regular business hours
- 3 years sales and customer service experience
- 3 years cold calling experience
- Punctuality and ability to manage time
- Must have advanced software knowledge in the MS Office Suite
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $13 an hour
